Tom Patton
President
Tom Patton is the President of Evergreen Surety, an independent bonding
agency based in Colorado that operates throughout the United States. With a focus on top-tier contractors, developers, and energy producers, Evergreen Surety has a track record of obtaining bonds that are beyond the reach of other agencies.
Tom is associated with the Small Business Association, Hispanic Contractors of Colorado, Associated General Contractors, and the American Subcontractors Association, and he maintains close relationships with construction-oriented bankers, accountants, attorneys, and consultants. He frequently presents on the state of the surety industry and with bond education courses through groups including the Denver International Airport and the Colorado Department of Transportation.
Outside of work, Tom is married with two amazing kids, and he and his family enjoy all of Colorado’s outdoor activities.
